Commercial Sponsorship & Advertising
Partner with Us
RAF Mildenhall provides simple and cost-effective ways to advertise and provide sponsorship on base.
We are home to over 8,000 servicemen, their families, and civilian employees, and contributes over £250 million a year (2017 figures) in off base spending.
Businesses can advertise on signage and screens across the base; in our monthly Get Up and Go magazine; and in our weekly Hot 100th newsletter; and they can sponsor one of the many events.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship opportunities are available throughout the year and range in size and scope.
Our professional marketing team will work with you to find the best fit for your business in order to grow your market, improve your profits, all the while generating goodwill by supporting the US Air Force community. Sponsors are promoted in the publicity for an event and can often have a stall at the sponsored event where they can promote their products or services directly to attendees.
We offer over forty events a year including sports leagues, family programs, and annual festivals.

Mil-D-Con Sponsorship
October 2022 will see RAF Mildenhall host Mil-D-Con, our annual comic, sci-fi and futurism convention, and we are inviting sponsors. Mil-D-Con is the biggest event of the year with thousands of attendees and will feature sci-fi themed events, celebrity appearances, technology demonstrations and a comic fair. 2021’s Mild-D-Con had fifteen sponsors ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local businesses.
We are looking for headline sponsors and smaller sponsors who can make financial or in-kind contributions. Please call for more information.
Write An Advertorial
We accept advertorials from organisations and businesses in our monthly Get Up and Go monthly magazine. If you have an idea for an article – it can be on the local area, culture, history, or a subject of your choosing (although it can’t simply be a plug for your business) – please let us know by calling 01638.54.2949. We ask that the article is between 300 to 500 words and accompanied by photos or other visuals.
