Come celebrate the date when RAF Mildenhall first opened, October 16, 1934, with a fun challenge!
The goal is to get the best time for completing the following events:
• 100 Sit-ups
• 100 Push-ups
• 100 Squats
• 4 Laps
These can be adjusted into smaller chunks as needed. The top 3 males/females will get their picture taken and displayed in the fitness center on the wall of fame until next year’s challenge. Please partner up into pairs of 2. Your partner will be counting your reps and keeping time. For the reps to officially count please make sure you are correctly performing the exercises.
