CAC Appointments: Scheduled appointments will be Mon – Fri from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Walk-ins for CAC IDs (Only for lost CACs) are from 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Walk-ins for CAC Pin reset & DEERS updates will be 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Closed every third Tuesday for readiness training, case processing, and program/process management. During this time, the MPF will be available for emergency requests ONLY. Please contact your unit CSS or Chain of Command, who can contact the MPF on your behalf during closure hours.
