About Force Support Squadron

The 341st Force Support Squadron is responsible for providing military and civilian personnel, manpower and organization, education, professional military education, career enhancement, airman and family support services, and quality of life programs for military and civilian members and families of Malmstrom Air Force Base.

The squadron consists of nine flights that provide personnel services, education, training and professional development for both civilian and military personnel, in addition to offering a wide variety of diverse and challenging quality of life programs such as the Grizzly Bend Club, Community Center, Aces High Bowling Center, Child Care facilities (infant to teen), Airman & Family Readiness Center, Lodging, Mortuary Affairs, Honor Guard, Elkhorn Dining Facility, Arts & Crafts Center and Outdoor Recreation programs.

Additionally, 341 FSS supports more than 12,000 military retirees and their family members, as well as the Montana Air National Guard.

While some of the squadron’s sections/activities receive financial support in the form of funds appropriated by congress, others are completely dependent on funds generated by users.
