The Best-S.E.L.F. (Shape Up/Eat Right/Live Well/Fit to Fight) is an Air Force comprehensive Health Promotion program focusing on nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and mindfulness. This course is designed to help individuals achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
This program meets once a week for 4 weeks. The dates for the class are as follows: Tuesdays- Jan 7, 14, 21, & 28
