PRE-REQUISITES: Initial Counseling, Pre-separation counseling, TAP Core curriculum, elective track

To be completed NLT 90-days prior to separation.

Required individual appointment and form for demonstrating you have completed all the Transition processes required by law — the form is required for out-processing.

!!!**Everyone MUST have their username and password for milConnect** (Same as eBenefits login)!!! Please log in prior to appointment to confirm access.
