McAdoo Fitness Center

The McAdoo Fitness Center has a wide range of activities no matter where you are on your fitness journey! Utilize our state of the art equipment, enhance your workout with one of our available personal trainers, or join us for one of our exciting competitions or intramural programs! Plus, take advantage of our 1/8 mile elevated running track, racquetball courts, rock wall, family work out room, basketball courts, and more! 24/7 Fitness Center Access

The McAdoo Fitness Center is open 24/7 and unmanned outside of normal operating hours. All current authorized patrons defined by AFI 34-101, Air Force Morale, and Recreation (MWR) Programs and use Eligibility, approved by the installation commander, and over 18 (Active Duty can be 17) may have access during unmanned hours. All users will read and abide by posted unmanned hour rules posted at front door. Active Duty please stop by and register your CAC. Personal Trainers & Fitness Specialists

Book an appointment for a personal trainer with individual and group rates available for a fee. Patrons can receive assistance in the following areas:

  • Nutrition Analysis

  • Stress Management

Certified Fitness Specialists on staff provide customer equipment orientations, assist with creating workout plans, and conduct fitness assessments to gauge customers’ flexibility, cardio, and muscular strength.

Group Fitness Classes

The McAdoo Fitness Center offers a wide vareity of free group fitness and aerobics classes every month. Join one of our knowledgeable instructors in a movement, cycle, yoga, strength, or even a family class! Check out our calendar for a full schedule of free classes and instructors.

Events & Competitions

Keep an eye out for exciting events and competitions at the Fitness Center!
