Universal Orlando Resort
Universal is offering U.S. DoD Employees 2024 Military Freedom Passes. Eligible personnel include active duty (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard, and Reservists), retired military service members, Department of Defense civilians and/or spouses of active duty, and retired military.

Walt Disney World Salutes the Military Terms & Conditions
- Please contact or visit the ITT office/Services Store for all information and restrictions prior to placing an order.
- “Eligible U.S. military members”, or their spouse (but not both) may make a one-time purchase of up to 6 ticket vouchers at the prices listed below. Vouchers MUST be exchanged at the Disney ticket windows by an “Eligible U.S. military member” or their spouse (but not both). Blackout dates and restrictions apply to both programs!! Please contact or visit the ITT office for all information and restrictions prior to placing an order.
- All Walt Disney World Military Promotion Tickets issued pre-arrival at Military bases will be on green exchange certificate stock. The tickets must be activated at Theme Park Vacation Planning window upon arrival.
- We do not carry any tickets for out of state attractions in stock, these tickets must be ordered in advance with at least 12 business days notice. Please plan accordingly.
- Eligible military personnel can purchase Disney Military Promotional Tickets any time during the offer period for themselves and up to five family members and/or friends. To purchase these tickets, military personnel must present a valid U.S. Military ID (active or retired). Activated members of the National Guard or Reservists must present a valid U.S. Military ID. Sales locations should refer to the U.S. Military ID Guide when verifying eligibility.
- If active members of the U.S. Military are unable to visit the Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort during the offer period, their spouses may purchase the Disney Military Promotional Tickets during this period for up to six family members and/or friends (including the spouse).
- Unaccompanied spouses purchasing the Disney Military Promotional Tickets must present a valid and active U.S. Military ID. Spouses of activated members of the National Guard or Reservists must present a valid U.S. Military ID.
- Exceptions can only be made in person at the Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort ticket sales locations. These exceptions should only be made for immediate families larger than five people and should not be guaranteed by any pre-arrival sales channel, as exceptions will be based on individual circumstances. Please note that Military Bases will only be able to sell up to six Disney Military Promotional Tickets to Guests who qualify for the offer.
