Outdoor Recreation

Located in building 343, Outdoor Recreation is just around the corner (first right turn at the circle) from the main base gate. We’re a “one-stop shop” with many rental items to facilitate and maximize your camping, hunting/fishing trip, gardening project, child’s party, tailgate party, garage sale, paintball tournament, or even official Unit function.

You’ll have plenty to do at Outdoor Recreation, where you’re offered not only trips and activities, but experiences you can’t get anywhere else. Rent an RV, a bike or fishing equipment and head up to Quartz Mountain State Park, located only 20 miles north, and explore the scenery, trails and lake. Learn the local history and maybe make a discovery yourself.

We periodically host a variety of activities and excursions, to include: hikes, bike rides, climbs, fishing trips, paintball matches, and MUCH more! Also available: RV camping, RV storage rentals, vehicle resale parking, pool passes and regional information on all things outdoors.
