Wingo Lakeside Lodge

Twenty-two rooms and 8 long term stay rooms located on the shores of Woods Reservoir. Single Rooms include a queen sized bed. Suites & Pet Rooms include a spacious 2 room suite with a full-size pull-out sofa and a queen size bed.

Reservations

All fees are due at time of reservation. Reservations may be made in advance as follows:

  • Active Duty – 90 Days
  • Retired Military – 60 Days
  • Eligible Veterans & DoD Civilians – 45 Days
  • Base Contractors & Others Eligible – 30 Days

Checking In and Out

Check in & out is located at the main office in building 3027.
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Quiet Time: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Eligibility Chart

Single Rooms – Comfortable rooms come with a queen size bed.
Suites and Pet Rooms – These spacious 2-room suites come with a full-size, pull-out sofa and a queen size bed.

Long Term Stay Rooms

Available in Single Rooms & Suites. Does not include housekeeping, linens, towels, toiletries, TV and DVD Player. Pets are authorized with Management approval and copy of current vaccination records at the time of check-in.

There is a non-refundable one-time fee of $200 for pets.
Rates:

  • Single – $600 per month
  • Suite – $1,000 per month

One month minimum stay is required.

Cancellation

Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48-hour notice will result in a non-refundable fee equal to the current price on one night’s stay. All refunds will be given in the same manner as the original payment made.
