Identification Card

Prior to your stay or visit, please review the https://www.dhs.gov/real-id link to ensure your state complies with the REAL ID Act. If not in compliance you will need a valid US government-issued ID (VA ID Cards excluded) and documentation.

EFFECTIVE 15 AUGUST 2016, THE COMMANDER DETACHMENT 2, 18TH FORCE SUPPORT SQUADRON, WILL IMPLEMENT STANDARDS NECESSARY TO MEET SECURITY POSTURE AND READINESS IAW THE REAL ID ACT OF 2005. THOSE MEMBERS REQUESTING ACCESS TO BELLOWS AIR FORCE STATION WHO ARE NOT IN POSSESSION OF AN APPROVED GOVERNMENT-ISSUED CREDENTIAL OR STATE DRIVERS LICENSE COMPLIANT WITH THE REAL ID ACT OF 2005 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A SECOND FORM OF IDENTIFICATION PRIOR TO PROCESSING INSTALLATION ACCESS REQUESTS.

AN ACCEPTABLE SECOND FORM OF IDENTIFICATION WILL BE THE FOLLOWING:

      • U.S. Passport

      • Permanent Resident Card/Alien Registration Receipt Card (Form I-551)

      • Foreign passport with temporary (I-551) stamp or temporary (I-551) printed notation

      • Unexpired employment authorization document issued by DHS (Form I-766)

      • ID card issued by federal, state, or local government agency containing a photo, (or name, date of birth, gender, height, eye color, and address)

      • Certificate of U.S. Citizenship (Form N-560 or N-561)

SOURCES OF IDENTITY PROOFING IN CONJUNCTION WITH SECOND IDENTIFICATION:

        • U.S. Social Security Card issued by the Social Security Administration (SSA)
        • Original or certified copy of a birth certificate issued by state, county municipal authority, or outlying possession of the United States bearing an official seal

        • School ID card with photo

        • Merchant Mariner Credential

        • Native American Tribal Documentation

        • U.S. Citizen ID card (Form I-197)

        • ID card for use of resident citizen in the United States (Form I-179)

        • Certification of birth abroad issued by the state department (Form FS-545 or DS-1350)

        • Unexpired employment authorization document issued by the DHS, including (A) a Form I-94

GUESTS OR VISITORS FROM “NOT COMPLIANT” STATES ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT AN ACCEPTABLE SECOND FORM OF IDENTIFICATION.  GUESTS OR VISITORS WITHOUT AN ACCEPTABLE SECOND FORM OF IDENTIFICATION WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ACCESS BELLOWS AIR FORCE STATION UNTIL SOURCE DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED.  ALL FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION MUST BE VALID AND UNEXPIRED.
