Open Enrollment

November is the time to make your elections for next year.
You may switch plans, add or remove eligible dependents, or waive coverage for 2021.

The elections you make no later than November 30th will take effect January 1, 2021.

  • All information related to 2021 OE is on www.nafhealthplans.com website. The 2021 premium rates and the 2021 OE call schedule are located on the home page.
  • Attend any of the employee calls that will be scheduled during OE to hear about what’s new and have the opportunity to ask questions.
  • Use ALEX during Open Enrollment to help you decide which plan is best. It’s a great tool that will guide you through benefit comparison so you can input your personal healthcare scenario for ALEX to make a recommendation of which plan may be better for you and your family.
  • Watch the enrollment video explaining your medical and dental plan options.
  • For very detailed information, be sure to check out the Consumer’s Guide to Health Savings Accounts (HSA) is posted under health benefits/medical plans/HDHP on the left side where HSA resources are located

My Money Login Instructions

Enter your USERNAME:
first name.middleinitial.lastname (sue.z.que)

Enter your PASSWORD
(Note: Your Discover Viewer password and My Money password are the same)

First Time Users

Enter NAftAFSFMS!+xxxx (with XXXX being the last four digits of your SSN)

Click on Login

Create and enter your own new personal password and confirm Click on Apply

If you are locked out or forget your password Contact your local HRO or Services System Administrator (SSA) to reset your password.

Click on My Money

Make your selection by clicking one of the menu items. Return to the home page and make additional selections or log out.

My LES

View your Leave and Earnings Statement

Click on My LES, Choose LES from the drop down menu, and Select the LES to view. Click Home to return to the Home Page.

My W4 Elections

Review or change your W4 information

Federal and State Withholding

Click on My W4 Elections and Update. Click on IRS link if you need help. Make changes, click I Agree, Continue, and Submit or Cancel.

Click Yes to cancel your changes or Home to return to the Home Page.

For state, click on the State Tax button to download the form. Complete and submit to the Base Liaison.

My W2

Review or change your W4 information

My Allotments

Add, Update or Delete your allotments

Click My Allotments

To ADD: click Add Allotment, click Amount Type, select Monetary or Percentage, and enter required info. Click Apply, then Continue or Cancel. Review information summary and click Submit. Click Home to return to the Home Page.

To CHANGE: Click Update, click Amount Type, select Monetary or Percentage, and enter required info. Click Apply, then Continue or Cancel. Review information summary and click Submit.

To DELETE: Click Delete (Garbage Can), then Continue or Cancel. Review information summary and click Submit. Click Home to return to the Home Page.

My Personal Info

Change your Payroll Address

Click My Personal Info

Update, Correct or Amend the address, Next, then Type. Select Payroll Address from the drop down, and enter required info. Click Next, review the address summary, then click Submit or Cancel. Click Home to return to the Home Page.

My Suspended

Retrieve and Process Incomplete Transactions

Click Update, finish entering your information, click Next, review your changes, then click Submit or Cancel. Click Home to return to the Home Page.

My Money Troubleshooting

Logging in from Home
Logon to https://nafpay.afsv.net/OA_html/AppsLocalLogin.jsp?

The Link in the URL may error and show as https://afsfms.afsv.net

Replace afsfms with nafpay to avoid link errors

LES from home // Advanced Troubleshooting

a. TLS settings (IE):

-Go to “Control Panel”>Internet Options>click “Advanced” tab>scroll down to the bottom and uncheck SSL 2.0, 3.0 and check TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2. Click “Apply” and “OK”.

b. Compatibility view (IE, Chrome, Firefox):

-Open your browser and click “Tools”

-Click on “Compatibility view settings”

-In the “Add this website:” window type “afsv.net” and click “Add”

-Close

2. Java may be set wrong (IE, Firefox, Chrome): Go to your Control Panel and Select the Java Icon. Once open go to the Security Tab, Make sure “Enable Java content in browser” is checked and verify Security Level is set to High or Med; Click the Edit Site list and add https://afsfms.afsv.net and https://nafpay.afsv.net . Click the Advance Tab and make sure “Mozilla family” is checked in Default Java for Browsers.

3. If you are using Firefox or Chrome and get the Cert error, click advanced and accept the exception. You should then be able to access AFSFMS.
