Your 14th Force Support Squadron (FSS) has tons of venues you can book to help make your event a huge hit:
The Community Services flight of FSS runs all of the main recreational spots on Columbus Air Force Base: The Event Center, along with the Overrun Lounge and Barrel 14, Outdoor Recreation, and all the areas they manage, like the Paintball Course, Skeet & Trap Range, Independence Pool, and more. They offer bookings at all of these locations and can provide catered food, adult beverages, and staff on-site to ensure that your event flows smoothly.

Barrel 14 can be booked for $250 on weekdays and $350 on weekends and has a capacity of 25 seated or 50 standing reception.
The Overrun Lounge can be booked for $300 and has a capacity of 75 seated or 125 standing reception.
If your ideal party is an outdoor affair, look no further than Outdoor Recreation(ODR)! ODR’s programmer is Mr. Andrew Pace, and he can be reached at (662) 434-2505 or andrew.pace.1@us.af.mil. ODR has several hotspots where you can cut loose:

Pavilion at Freedom Park:

SAC Lake:

Games are $5 per round
Paintball Range:
$20 a person for 9 or less
$15 a person for 10 or more
$55 a case of 2000 paintballs
$15 per bag of 500 paintballs
The Community Services flight isn’t the only one with party options – If you have a plan for a kids’ event, the Youth Programs flight has you covered! The Youth Center, Youth Center Annex, and Youth Center Gym are all available for your kid’s birthday party, graduation party, Halloween party, and any other event you have in mind! You can contact Mrs. Tijuana McDonald or the Youth Center’s front desk at 662.434.2504 for more information.
The Youth Center’s facilities can be booked for 4 hours at $150 (time includes set up and clean up).
Please note that no alcoholic beverages are allowed at the Youth Center, and food items with nuts or nut products are prohibited, due to allergies. Otherwise, any outside food and drinks are allowed! An adult must be present at all times during the event.
