SUMMARY
Maintain orderly office, desks, files; Act as communication liaison with vendors, clients, agents, lenders and attorneys via phone and email; create office schedules; entering data and managing new and existing listings accurately; Create office schedules; Entering data and managing new and existing listings accurately; Answer multiple phone lines and take complete messages; Maintain monthly Century 21 Numbers, FlexMLS numbers and printer counts; Present new updates to Agents at Sales Meeting
REQUIREMENTS
Real estate knowledge preferred but not required
College level competency in writing skills
Polite, Courteous, and Clear communication skills
Previous Administrative experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office 2016 preferred
