Pumpkin Carving at the Library | October 26 at 1530
The Library is bringing all the spooky vibes with its pumpkin carving extravaganza! Get your creative juices flowing at the pumpkin decorating and carving event, where you’ll find paint, carving tools, and tons of pumpkins! Whether you’re a pumpkin carving pro or a newbie, stop by the Library and carve your very own pumpkin masterpiece. Best of all, it’s free for all and perfect for adults and children.
Zombie Mud Run | October 28 at 1000
Gather your courage and gear up for a wild, zombie-infested adventure at SAC Lake! With mud-splattered obstacles and flesh-eating foes lurking around every turn, it’s a test of strength, speed, and survival skills! With the Columbus Air Force Base overrun by the undead, it’s up to you to outrun and outsmart these ghoulish zombies. And, if you’re one of the first 30 to sign up, you’ll snag a sweet and spooky t-shirt to commemorate your triumph! The Zombie Mud Run is a “fun run” and is great for all ages and abilities! Spooktacular Teen Trip | October 28 at 1800-2200
Calling all thrill-seeking teens aged 13-18! The Youth Center’s got the ultimate spooky deal for you. Just $25 snags you a seat on the Youth Center’s Teen Trip to the Lowndes County Sheriff Department’s Haunted House and Hayride at the Columbus Fairgrounds. Get ready for a hair-raising night of screams and chills! Not a teen anymore? No worries! The Haunted House and Hayride are open to the public on October 27, 28, 30, and 31 at 1800. Get ready to be spooked!
