Fitness & Sports Center
The Force Support Squadron has two fitness facilities that are available to active duty, retired, dependents, and military ID cardholders. Both fitness centers are home to a variety of cardio equipment, free weights, racks, fitness classes, and state-of-the-art machines. Benko is proud to house the indoor lap pool and Munchkin Room, while Haeffner is home to the cross-training gym.
Need to work out late at night? Both Benko and Haeffner Fitness Centers provide 24-hour access, 7 days a week. Registration is required to use the gyms after hours. Just stop by the front desk to have your CAC card registered.
Personal Trainers Available
Personal training sessions are back at the fitness centers. Starting at $50 per session. Personal training is the perfect way to jumpstart your fitness journey.

Indoor Swimming Pool
Located inside our benko fitness center is a heated six-lane lap pool.
Availability is first come, first served.
Fitness Classes
Here at the Davis-Monthan Fitness Centers, we strive to make achieving a healthy lifestyle fun! Aside from being home to two incredible facilities, we also offer a number of fitness classes that are designed to challenge you no matter where you are at on your wellness journey.
Hiit Spin
This indoor cycling cardio workout alternates bouts of high and low-intensity segments set to music.
Spin
This class is a more traditional indoor cycling cardio workout set to music.
Cardio Strength
This workout includes cardiovascular training that is designed to increase overall muscular strength.
Crossfunctional
This class is designed for someone proficient in CrossFunctional movements who can maintain proper technique while training at a high intensity.
Zumba
Zumba is an aerobic exercise set to music that combines fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body.
Personal Trainers
We currently have 3 experienced Personal Trainers on staff offering sessions for $50/hour per client. Call or stop by the front desk today for more information!

HIIT: A high intensity interval training class designed to provide a total body workout and build endurance. (30 minutes duration)
Power Cycle: Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, steady state and other challenging drills for your cardiovascular endurance. (60 minutes duration)
Group Exercise: A total body workout that incorporate bouts of circuit training routines geared to elevate your heart rate, burn fat and build strength. (30 minutes duration)
