How to Keep Yourself and Others Healthy

In light of recent events, we ask that you please read the following guidelines to help stop the spread of germs and to protect yourself and others from getting sick.

STOP THE SPREAD OF GERMS:

-Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
-Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
-Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
-Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
-Stay home when you are sick except to get medical care.
-Wash your hands often with soap and water for 20 seconds.


IF YOU FEEL SICK:

 -Stay home. Do not report to the 355th Medical Clinic.
-Notify your chain of command.
-Call the DMAFB COVID-19 Helpline at 520-228-1904.
