Commander’s Key Support Program

May 10, 2024

The Air Force’s “Commander’s Key Support Program” (CKSP) — formerly the Key Spouse Program — selects and establishes dedicated Key Support Liaisons, who serve as an integral part of Eglin’s readiness team and an essential resource for military families. Appointed by group or squadron commanders and working closely with first sergeants, Key Support Liaisons are a focal point for information and support for families in their respective assigned unit, serving as a communication bridge between the unit leaders and the families. The Eglin Military & Family Readiness Center provides all mandatory initial and refresher training to become a Key Support Liaison.
