The Eglin Military & Family Readiness Center supports military (active and retired), their dependents, and civil service members of all branches and components in achieving their career-related goals. The M&FRC’s assistance provides employment skills and interest assessments, information on education and training, résumé preparation, interviewing and negotiating techniques, and preparation for a portable career. Support is provided through workshops, one-on-one consultation and career coaching, plus a wide variety of information and technology resources designed to lead customers to a successful career path.

Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP)
Military spouses face a 26% unemployment rate and a 25% wage gap compared to their civilian counterparts. MSEP’s goal is to level the playing field and help our military spouses connect with companies that are searching for talented and skilled employees. My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) Scholarship Program
Military spouses, obtain the credentials needed to achieve your career goals! MyCAA is a workforce development program that provides up to $4,000 of financial assistance to eligible military spouses who are pursuing a license, certification, or an Associate’s degree in a portable career field and occupation. Spouse Education & Career Opportunities (SECO)
The SECO program provides education and career guidance to military spouses worldwide, offering comprehensive resources and tools ranging from initial career exploration to education, training, licensing, employment readiness, and career connections. In addition to these programs, Eglin’s M&FRC hosts monthly Employment Readiness classes and workshops. These include workshops for résumé development for federal and private-sector employment, job search strategies, job fair readiness, interview preparation courses, and more.
