Calling all parents! Catch a break once a month with the Eglin Child & Youth Services program for parents — Parents’ Night Out! Eglin’s Child Development Center (CDC) offers childcare for $32 per child on a space-available basis. Children ages 6 weeks to 12 years are eligible for the program.
Dates and times scheduled through the end of 2024 are as follows:
CDC II (Bldg 2782):
Friday, June 7 | 6-10 PM — Register by Monday, June 3
CDC III (Bldg 2781):
Friday, July 12 | 6-10 PM — Register by Monday, July 8
Friday, August 16 | 6-10 PM — Register by Monday, August 12
Friday, September 13 | 6-10 PM — Register by Monday, September 9
Friday, October 18 | 6-10 PM — Register by Thursday, October 10
Friday, November 15 | 6-10 PM — Register by Thursday, November 7
Friday, December 13 | 6-10 PM — Register by Monday, December 9
All children must be registered and have a current shot record on file. No outside food or drink will be allowed with the exception of bottles for infants. Please advise staff of any allergies and/or special needs during registration.
Assistance is available to eligible Air Force families through “Give Parents A Break,” a program supported by the Eglin M&FRC and the Air Force Aid Society. Army families who are assigned to Eglin may check eligibility for and seek similar assistance through the Army Strong program.
