This 8-week course for active duty Airmen is designed to build basic aerobic capacity, improve conditioning and mobility, while also providing instruction on proper warm ups and cool downs. This fast-paced, effective workout will help you get in shape, train hard-earned muscles, build endurance, boost your metabolism and heart health, all while burning calories.
