Join us for a one-of-a-kind event that will empower and entertain kids at our KUDOS Event – Kids Understanding Deployment Operations!
Date: August 19
Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: SERE Side Track
Who: Youth ages 5 – 14 with military parents, especially those with a parent about to deploy.
Cost: FREE
Dress Code: Cool clothing and tennis shoes
Details: Kids will experience the challenges and triumphs of a deployment in a safe and interactive environment. Participants will:
* Join a mock deployment line with SERE survivalists
* Eat bugs (or gummy worms)
* Learn fire skills
* See an EOD robot, fire trucks, and military working dogs
* Navigate an obstacle course, and more!
