The PSC is the centralized point for incoming personnel and Official mail. The PSC houses Military mail ops and has a United States Post Office (USPS) Hub that provides various mail services including stamps, money orders, and other USPS services that can be used by base populace.

Incoming student personnel (basic, prior service, non-Goodfellow permanent party) will be assigned a mailbox at one of our many mail briefings.
Permanent Change of Station (PCS) personnel may call or have local sponsor set up a General Delivery mailbox prior to arrival for shipping mail to Goodfellow. Once your box is setup with the PSC, you will be provided the address for mail forwarding. Any mail forwarded without having a mailbox setup risks being “Returned to Sender”.
