Our Story
Founded in 1946, Grace Presbyterian Church has weathered the changes of time, yet our commitment to serving God and our neighbors remains unwavering. Throughout the years, we’ve experienced the joys of growth and the challenges of change, but what has always set us apart is our dedication to service. We pride ourselves on being a church that has stayed connected to the community, reaching out with open hearts and hands to those in need.
Our church was built on the vision of creating a welcoming spiritual home for all. We believe that faith isn’t just about Sunday services—it’s about building relationships, supporting one another, and being a light in the community. Through initiatives like our Little Free Library, which offers books to local families, to our ongoing partnership with the Christian Assistance Ministry (CAM) supporting the homeless, we are constantly seeking ways to meet the needs of those around us.

Our Mission
At the heart of everything we do is our desire to love and serve. Grace Presbyterian Church has a long history of actively engaging with and supporting the San Antonio community. Whether it’s by providing food, clothing, and personal items to those in need through our partnerships with local ministries, or by organizing community events and drives, we are always looking for ways to give back.
Our members don’t just attend services—they live out their faith every day. Through outreach programs like our Grace Bags—filled with necessities and words of encouragement for those facing difficult circumstances—our congregation serves as a tangible reminder of God’s love. Additionally, our Vacation Bible School and youth programs help nurture the next generation of believers, providing a place for children to grow in their faith and experience the church’s inclusive and caring nature.
