The Grand Forks AFB Military Personnel Flight (MPF) is your one-stop shop for all personnel matters, including base in-processing, ID Cards, Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) updates, assignments, retirements, and much more!

Whether you’re enrolling a new family member or just need to renew your ID, the Customer Support office is here for you! We accept walk-ins, however due to potentially lengthy wait times, appointments are highly recommended.
Required Documentation
Please read the Required Documents Checklist & List of Acceptable Identity Documents to determine what you should bring to your DEERS and/or ID Card appointment.
Please Note
The sponsor MUST be present for any DEERS update or dependent ID renewal/replacement, unless a Power of Attorney has been issued specifically authorizing a dependent the ability to update DEERS or renew/replace a dependent ID.
