Military Personnel Flight
The 75th FSS Military Personnel Flight (MPF) provides military personnel services and programs for active duty members and their families, Guard and Reserve members, and military retirees. In addition, the MPF provides readiness support in response to mobility exercises and worldwide contingencies.

Unable to accompany your dependent? Follow the Steps Below
If you are not able to accompany your dependent to their ID card appointment, you can digitally sign an 1172-2 ahead of time by clicking here. Click Family ID Cards and login. Your dependent can then come in (with two forms of ID) within the next 90 days and get a new ID card without you
- Under the dependent’s name select “Request ID Card”
- Read and acknowledge “Privacy Act” Notification and select “Next”
- Validate the information provided for your dependent and then choose “Next”
Selecting “Agree” allows you to proceed to the next step
Selecting “Disagree” will prompt you to come to the MPF to correct the data - Select “Display Form”
If there is a digital signature in block 22 then your dependent is good to go, you can print a copy if you desire

Reenlistment & Extensions
If you are in your window to reenlist, Reenlistments require an Article 137 brief training via Air Force myLearning and a signed Article 137 Briefing Memo conducted by the legal office within 30 days of the projected reenlistment.
In order to extend, please ensure that you meet an extension reason which is listed in AFI36-2606, Table 6.2.

ONLY personnel due to PCS or go TDY Overseas that need official passports can contact the Passport Agent.

Any EPR/OPR that is wanting to be changed/removed from your records will have to go through the ERAB (Evaluation reports appeal board) through vMPF.

Any changes to SDAP (Start, Change, Stop) or to update/correct your Duty Information (Rater changes, PAFSC, DAFSC, CAFSC, SEI, Duty title), please contact your CSS for update/correction or initiate an AF 2096.

AFFORGEN
The Air Force has announced its plans to replace the Air Expeditionary Force deployment model with the Air Force Generation model.
