Outdoor Recreation
Outdoor Recreation at Keesler Air Force Base is charged with providing quality outdoor recreational opportunities at affordable prices for the military population and their families. In addition to providing programming, Outdoor Recreation serves as a headquarters for equipment rentals that range from kayaks, paddleboards, and motorized boats to tables, chairs, and camping equipment.
Located on the Biloxi Back Bay, our proximity to the water allows us to enable a myriad of services through our beautiful marina pier area.

To introduce people to the benefits of Outdoor Recreation and healthy lifestyle activities by teaching meaningful skills and behaviors through top quality and innovative programming. We also strive to provide equipment, instruction, facilities, and recreation areas to the Keesler Air Force Base community.

Park Pavilion Rentals
Need a great place to host a party, family reunion or special occasion? We’ve got just the place. Located in our beautiful Marina Park overlooking Biloxi’s beautiful Back Bay, our pavilions are convenient to playground equipment, fishing, boating, splash pad and more.
Open Air Pavilion: Scenic view, grill, and picnic tables – everything you need! Free to use! First come, first serve use.
Indoor Pavilion (Bldg. 6734)Scenic view, kitchen, tables and chairs, indoor bathrooms. $60 flat rate fee. Advanced reservations are required.
Wet / Dry Storage
RV/Auto/Trailer/Boats/Motorcycle Dry Storage
Monthly fees are $40 for items 24 feet or less and $50 for items 25 feet or larger. Registration and proof of insurance documents are required.
Wet Slips:
-$6 per foot per month
-$10 overnight transient fee
Marina Fuel Pier
Hours of operation: Wednesday – Monday, 10 am – 6 pm, closed Tuesday
Method of payment: All major credit cards (except Discover and Military Starcard) and cash.
Key considerations: All business with the general public must be made at the dock. Only customers who have base access (DoD cardholders and sponsored guests) can step foot on Keesler AFB. Any customer without base access must stay on the vessel. Customers must pump their own fuel.
