  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 9 jumping squats
  • 8 mountain climbers
  • 7 crunches
  • 6 walking lunges
  • 5 tricep-dips
  • 4 push ups
  • 3 burpees
  • 2 squats
  • 1 minute plank

At your own pace perform each exercise, take breaks when needed and repeat.
