Fort MacArthur Swimming Pool

We are happy to provide a safe and friendly place for base families to swim year-round. The Fort MacArthur swimming pool is open to all base members and Tierra Vista housing residents. Features include:

  • Heated Pool
  • Water Spray Park (Closed)
  • Dedicated 25 Yard Lap-Swim Area

The Water Spray Park is closed until further notice.

Fort MacArthur Pool Facility Rules

  1. Children 10 years old or younger must be under the direct supervision of an adult (in the water and within arms reach of child).
  2. Children 11-13 years old must pass a swim test or be supervised by an adult.
  3. Children not potty trained must wear snug-fitting plastic pants.
  4. All swimmers must wear clothing designed for swimming (non-cotton attire).
  5. All swimmers are required to shower immediately before entering the pool.
  6. Glass containers are prohibited.
  7. Consumption of food and beverages prohibited in the pool area.
  8. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire pool facility.
  9. No running or rough play in the pool or on deck.
  10. Individuals experiencing diarrhea, open sores, lesions, fungal skin disease, or a cold will be prohibited from entering the pool.
  11. Lifeguards may clear the pool area during electrical storms and at other times as necessary in the interest of safety.
