Outdoor Recreation here at RAF Lakenheath is a uniquely organized outfitter that allows you to sit back, relax, and let us do the planning for you. We have a multitude of activities that are exciting, challenging, and educational for the beginner and expert. A variety of programs are offered year-round from Hiking, e-Biking, Fishing, Skydiving, Whitewater Rafting, Horseback Riding, and more! Call us or stop by to book a trip!

Active Duty and Reservists are eligible for discounted program prices through the three programs offered through the Recharge for Resiliency (R4R) Program:

• Single Airman Programs: Air Force Active Duty officer or enlisted member without a spouse or geographically single.
• RecOn Programs: Air Force Active Duty and reserve component members and their spouses and dependents.
• Deployed Affected Programs: Deployed-affected and dependent restricted assigned Air Force personnel and their family members. Eligible from time of orders to deploy up to 1 year following the return of service member.

Looking for a fun, outdoor location for your next event? We have pavilions available for your use! These areas are the perfect location for birthday parties, showers, squadron morale events and more.

  • located at Freedom Field
• Freedom Pavilion
  • located next to Taco Bell

These are available to rent FREE of charge. Please stop by Outdoor Recreation or give us a call to book your reservation.

As homes in the UK are much smaller than you are perhaps used to, RAF Lakenheath ODR hosts storage units available for rent on RAF Feltwell. They are available in two different sizes:

• 8ft x 8ft x10ft | $55/month
• 10ft x 10ft x 20ft | $75/month

• Luton $190
• Stansted $150

*Additional charges may apply. All bookings must be done at least three business days in advance.
