COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF THE AIR FORCE (CCAF)

CCAF is the largest community college in the world and offers a job-related associate in applied science degrees and other academic credentials to the enlisted force. Airmen can fulfill general education requirements through civilian colleges, CLEP exams, and DSST exams. Official transcripts must be sent directly to CCAF in order to be applied to CCAF. Check with your school for any applicable fees.

    MANAGING YOUR (MY) EDUCATION

    In conjunction with the Department of Defense Transition GPS (Goals, Plans, Success) program, the Education Center offers the 2-day Accessing Higher Education Track to help prepare members in pursuing education.

    This course is designed to guide transitioning service members through the variety of decisions involved in choosing a degree completion program, preparing for the college admissions application process, and finding funding. The expected outcome is the creation of a customized plan for a successful transition to a higher education institution.
