• Walk-in hours for all patrons are open starting at 8am – 11am.
• Appointments Monday – Thursday 8am – 4pm and Friday 8am – 3pm

1 APPOINTMENT = 1 CAC/ID CARD ISSUE

Each appointment time covers the creation of one (1)CAC/USID card. If additional CAC/USIDs are needed, you must schedule a separateappointment for each additional card. Due to our high volume ofcustomers, NO EXCEPTIONS willbe made.

Appointments are posted 60 days in advance.
