Efmp Respite Care Program

EFMP Respite Care is designed to assist Air Force families with short-term specialized care (to help reduce stressors associated with caring for an exceptional family member). If you have more than 1 EFMP child, you must have a form completed for each child. Determination is based on Level of Need (LoN). Please contact the Exceptional Family Member Program Family Support Team to assist you through the enrollment process for eligibility. Respite Care scheduling, provider matching and home interviews with prospective providers is facilitated by the Community Childcare Coordinator.

Visit the EFMP Family Support Page for comprehensive information on criteria and application documents.
