The Mountain Home Military Personnel Flight provides personnel support for Airmen/Guardians, their families, and retirees.
Customer Service
Our customer service team is open Monday through Friday (including family days, excluding holidays), 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Stop on by (no appointment needed!) to get a new ID card, get DEERS support, or inquire about awards and decorations. Customer Service can also be reached at 208.828.2133. We only accept walk-ins for these services.
Force Management
This team is prepared to help with evaluations, unfavorable information files(UIFs), (UIFs), sponsor allocation RIPs, special experience identifiers (SEIs), officer and enlisted accessions. FM can also be reached at 208.828.1957/6325.
Career Development
