Civilian Personnel
The Civilian Personnel Flight oversees the daily operation of the Civilian Personnel Office and the NAF Human Resources Office. The Civilian Personnel Office (CPO) services over 2500 appropriated fund employees on Offutt AFB. The CPO provides advisory services on the full range of human resource management functions, to include Staffing, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and Classification (general).
Some specific topics include: filling of positions, workforce management, disciplinary/adverse actions, performance management, resource management, collective bargaining, and leave. The NAF Human Resources Office (NAF HR) services approximately 220 non-appropriated fund employees. This office also provides advisory services on a full range of HR topics such as staffing, classification, in-processing actions, adverse actions, and benefits (retirement, health/life insurance).
