Any date requested for a function will be considered tentative until the host has signed a special function contract and made a deposit.

The deposit will be determined by the CAC Manager. Deposits must be received 30 days before the event. The CAC Manager must be notified of a cancellation at least 45 days prior to the scheduled event otherwise the deposit will not be refunded. All contracts must include Host’s name, address, phone number, email address, date of function, number of guests, arrival time, list of guests, time of meals, layout of room and any other special accommodations.
