* R.I.P.P.E.D. stands for resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, endurance, and diet and nutrition. Together, they make for a calorie-scorching, fat-torching program, that, when added with a warm-up and cool down, can produce a workout of more than 700 calories in under an hour!
** Piloxing is a blend of pilates, boxing and dance. It is a fun, high-intensity activity that gets the whole body working and sweating.
Licensed Massage Therapy
We offer licensed massage therapy services, Mondays and Thursdays, half-hour and hourly appointments between 15:00 and 18:00. Please contact the Fitness Center for further details and prices.
Special Events
We offer special events such as 5K and one-mile fun runs; Shamrock Run (March), Monster Dash (October), Turkey Trot (November), and Jingle Bell Run (December). We also offer training seminars, challenges and competitions. Look out for these events throughout the year and contact us for more information.
