Custom Framing
Our professional framers are ready to assist with all your framing needs. The custom shop is equipped with state of the art standard and computerized mat cutters, pneumatic nailers, wall-mounted glass cutters, and a dry mounting press. Supplies include the finest in quality molding, a huge selection of standard and archival matboards, and premium glass. From shadow boxes to cross stitching and everything in between, our expert framers can turn your work into a piece of art you’ll be proud to display. Interested in Do-It-Yourself Framing? Use Eligibility
Anyone authorized base access is authorized to use the Arts & Crafts Center. If space is limited, there are priority levels which can be found in AFI34-101. Bona fide guests of authorized patrons are also welcome.
Because of safety considerations, users of the DIY Framing Area must be age 16 or above and have completed a Matting and Framing course or have prior experience. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Fees remain the same regardless of age.
