What is our Mission?

Prepare junior Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) for increased responsibilities by developing their leadership capabilities, improving their communication skills, and expanding their perspective of the military profession.

Effective 1 May 24, all EPME students will complete an Air Force Fitness Assessment within the first five days of their course. Students who fail their assessments will be released without prejudice back to their duty stations

Eligibility Requirements

  • Staff Sergeant & Staff Sergeant Selects
  • SrA with 36 months time-in-service
  • Minimum of six months of retainability from graduation date
  • Must not be on the control roster, under investigation, or charged with an offense punishable under the UCMJ
  • Possess a current passing AF fitness assessment (current through the duration of the class) and provide a copy of the current assessment to the academy NLT day of training (DOT) 1
