Mon – Fri: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM - Non-CAC Holders (Retirees, Veterans, and Dependents) must make an appointment for each member.

e-ID Card Renewal Process
For Dependent and 100% DAV card issuance, renewal, and replacement
Step 1: Sign and save the forms below
- MilConnect DD1172-2
- e-ID Card Renewal Form
- Manual DD1172-2
- Take a photo against a white background.
- Review photo guidelines or download the Passport Photobooth App (IOS or Android).
- Photos must be 5×7 inches.
Step 2: Upload and Email
The e-mail address provided below is NOT a secured address and message content including attachments may potentially be accessible to the public.

Must include the following:- Signed DD Form 1172
- E-ID Card Renewal Form
- Current Photo
- Two (2) Forms of ID
*If an ID card was lost or stolen, you must upload a memorandum from Security Forces stating that the lost/stolen ID card was reported.
**Failure to submit all required information will result in longer wait times to receive your ID card.
Step 3: Pick up your ID card
- The ID card will be ready after 7 days of submittal.
- You will receive an email once your ID is created; two valid forms of ID are required for ID pickup.
