Jane Fox is a dedicated founder with a rich background in healthcare. She began her career as a personal assistant for a prominent USA medical company, in which she gained the extensive training required in the wound care sector, part of her role was to travel extensively to organize conferences and provide training seminars for wound care medical professionals around the world. Jane’s passion for nursing runs deep, influenced by her mother, who was a nurse.

In her leadership role, Jane has overseen hundreds of debridement’s around the world using our proprietary system, which she was involved in the development of, the Pulsar II™. She takes great pride in making a significant, tangible difference in people’s lives by healing wounds that have been hindering them, often for several months and even years.

Outside of her professional life, Jane is a globetrotting mom to four children spread across the USA, Cyprus, and the UK, all of whom have families of their own. In her adventurous spirit, she has completed a 15,000ft free-fall skydive and is an Advanced Open Water Scuba diver, relishing standout dives like hand feeding Bull Sharks and exploring wrecks and caves. She also competes with her beloved horse, Jimmy Joe, in One Day events. Despite spare time being a luxury, she prioritizes spending it with her family.

Stephen Fox launched his career with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Sheffield Polytechnic (now Sheffield University) before transitioning to the medical field, specializing in orthopaedics and eventually finding his niche in wound care.

Motivated by a passion for healing and innovation, he tirelessly developed a groundbreaking approach to wound debridement, aiding thousands of patients and caregivers across more than 50 countries.

Stephen's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own company, diversifying his professional portfolio. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, guiding international businesses through global markets.

Extensive travel and collaboration worldwide have enriched his professional acumen and enabled him to cultivate lifelong friendships. Living in both the USA and Saudi Arabia has exposed Stephen to diverse cultures, enriching his perspectives.

Beyond work, he enjoys F1 Racing and Rugby Union, underscoring his love for sports and competition. With decades of experience and an unwavering commitment to collaboration, Stephen is a well-respected figure in the global medical industry, known for his knowledge, leadership, and entrepreneurial vigor.

Patrick began his career having spent 22 years on active duty with the U.S. Army. During his military tenure, he commanded a Combat Support Hospital and was Deputy Chief of Staff of Brooke Army Medical Center. His final posting was working on the Army Surgeon General’s Staff, where he was instrumental in the transition of the Army healthcare delivery system from CHAMPUS to TRICARE.

Patrick also has Command experience at the Company and Battalion level. Upon leaving the Army, he went to work buying and selling hospitals and then ran a healthcare advertising agency. He became interested in managed care economics and worked for a Medicare Advantage Plan as Vice President of Marketing and Advertising. Always interested in the economics of healthcare, Patrick then joined Frost & Sullivan, a global healthcare market intelligence consulting firm, as Healthcare Industry Principal Consultant for North America. It was while working with Frost & Sullivan that he met Stephen and Jane Fox and saw multiple applications for Hydro-Mechanical Wound Debridement and Pulsar II™ for U.S. Army Combat Casualty Care. Patrick left Frost & Sullivan to assume duties as Chief Operating Officer for Wound Care Solutions, LLC, U.S. operations.

Patrick holds graduate degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Healthcare Administration (MHA). He is also an honor graduate of the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College and is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives (FACHE).

Felipe G Vazquez was born and raised in Mexico City, where he graduated from The National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) with a degree in Social Anthropology. In his twenties, he moved to the United States and Europe to continue his personal growth.

In San Antonio, Texas, he discovered his passion for Health Care, especially in taking care of the elderly population. He worked for Quantum Medical Care, where he was in charge of developing business for the Latino community.

In 2004, Felipe founded Home Caring, a company dedicated to providing personal care to those most in need: seniors and disabled people. Today, Home Caring has more than 250 caregivers making a real difference every day.

In 2019, Felipe established Vazquez and Associates Global Medical Supply, a company that exports wound care medical devices to Southeast Asia, Mexico, and Latin America. His efforts now extend to various countries including Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Brazil, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand.

In February of this year, Felipe accepted the challenge to be the Senior Vice President of International Business Development for Wound Care Solutions, making Pulsar II the standard protocol for cleaning wounds.

Besides his work in wound care, Felipe is fluent in Spanish, English, French, Italian, and can communicate in Japanese and Portuguese as well. Additionally, he has a passion for the Fine Arts, especially Sculpture, where he has exhibited his work in more than 30 exhibitions across five countries. All proceeds from his sculptures are donated to nonprofit causes and social institutions.
