Group Fitness Classes
Zumba
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Mondays
Easy to follow, Latin and international inspired dance class! You’ll enjoy this heart pumping, calorie-burning blast as you lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape.
LIIT
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Tuesday/Thursday
LIIT – Low Intensity Interval Training – is geared primarily at improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness. Expect a high volume (reps), low resistance (weight) workout with short rest intervals. Classes may be circuit style or stationary—we like to “mix-it-up” with a variety of exercises and equipment.
Indoor Cycling
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Wednesdays
Indoor cycling built on interval training, i.e., alternating cardio/resistance. Benefits include high calorie burn, increased endorphins, better speed/endurance, a stronger heart, potentially reduced high cholesterol/blood pressure, and boosted immunity. The 45 minute class includes 7 min warmup, 33 min interval training, and 5 min cool down/stretch. Workout can be adjusted to higher/lower difficulty levels.
Core Fusion
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Wednesdays
Try this 60-minute total core workout designed to target the abdominal, lower back, and glute-ham musculature! Utilizing various types of equipment (stability balls, TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, foam rollers, etc.), this class will focus on enhancing balance, core strength, and glute activation. All fitness levels are welcome.
*All Classes are FREE and open to Active Duty, Dependents, Civilians, and Retirees.
