Professional Development Center
The Professional Development Center (PDC) provides resources and tools needed to become self-motivated, competent, highly skilled leaders and followers.
We hold a variety of different professional development courses and seminars to assist Team Mildenhall members with personal and professional development.
Courses and Eligibility
The center can assist members in making the best career decisions, providing individual counseling and briefings, to let members know what programs and opportunities are available to them at any step of their careers.
Most of the courses are open to all Team Mildenhall personnel ID card holders. For eligibility please contact the PDC.

First Term Airmen Center
We also conduct week-long First Term Airmen Center courses for all Airmen coming to RAF Mildenhall as their first duty station. The center can assist members in onboarding into the Air Force, providing individual counseling and briefings, and letting members know what programs and opportunities are available to them.
