UNITE PROGRAM

Creating Unit Cohesion Through Recreation

The Unite program provides Commanders with funding to initiate recreational programs that will benefit and strengthen the bond between all Airmen in their unit including assigned Active Duty, Reserve, Guard, and APF/NAF Civilians.

Plan your event! Need ideas? Check out our event ideas above or contact the C3

Step 2: Send in Your Request

Complete the Event Proposal Form, have your leadership sign it, then email it to the C3: janessa.vageline.1@us.af.mil

The C3 will submit it to the Air Force Services Center (AFSVC) for approval and notify you once it is complete. Please allow up to 5 business days.

Step 3: Work with Vendors & C3

The C3 must make all Unite purchases on your behalf. You will not be reimbursed.

You can email your invoices to the C3, or arrange to have the C3 pay over the phone or online for you. This might be before, during, or after your event, depending on what the venue prefers.

Any overages are your responsibility and will be paid out of pocket or with booster club funds

Step 4: During the Event

Host your event, take pictures, and have fun!

Step 5: After the Event

Complete the After-Action Report (AAR) and email it to me with 1-3 event photos within 5 business days of your event.
