The UNITE Program provides Commanders with funding to initiate programs that will benefit all Airmen in their unit. This includes assigned Active Duty, Reserve, Guard, ANG, and APF/NAF Civilians.

Planning Your Event
Step One - Plan
Discuss ideas with Unit members and Commander
Start thinking about what would be a fun activity for your team! Check out some of the fun activities you can do with the 75 FSS!
Allocations & Funding
$13.50 per person for recreation equipment, rentals, venue admission, or activity fees (i.e. bowling, golf, paintball, escape rooms, crafts)
- Requires pre-approval through C3/Air Force Services
- MUST BE TAX EXEMPT
- Equipment, rentals, entertainment, tickets, etc.
- Examples: HAFB Bowling Center, Hubbard Golf Course, Outdoor Recreation
- Rentals, Boondocks, Rush Fun Plex, Photo Booth Rental, Pumpkin Carving,
- Gingerbread house contests, nonfood items.
$5 per person for food and/or beverage during event (alcoholic beverages prohibited).
- Requires pre-approval through C3/Air Force Services
- MUST BE TAX EXEMPT
- Excludes alcoholic beverages
- Must be used in conjunction with teambuilding
- Examples: Pizza, Subway, burger burns, ice cream bar, chili cook off, BBQ’s, etc
Disbursement requires C3 and AFSVC pre-approval.
Eligibility
All military and civilian (GS & NAF) employees are eligible. Family members and contractors may join events at their own expense.
STEP TWO - Complete Form
Once complete, Fill out UNITE Event Proposal Form and submit to Johanne.Bercher.1@us.af.mil 14-21 days prior to the event
STEP THREE - Work with Vendors & c3
Once approved, work with vendors and C3 to make tax exempt payment.
*Please note that this is not a reimbursement program. Do not obligate or spend money prior to approval.
Step Four - During The Event
Have fun and connect with colleagues.
Take photos, including a group photo (required) and submit to your UNITE POC.
Step Five - After The Event
Submit After-Action Report with group photo questionnaire (Required) to C3 – Johanne.Bercher.1@us.af.mil

Unauthorized Use Of UNITE Funds
Holiday parties, taxes, insurance, surcharges, tips, late fees, damages, alcohol, trash/cleaning services, lodging, PPE, events without cohesion, apparel, gift cards, purchases of electronic equipment, trainings, bingo/gambling, awards, combat dining, change of command, meetings, donation to charities, retirement, and prizes/giveaways.
