The largest room within the AWEC! This room has the ability to host conferences, banquets, and large gatherings. The room features:
- AV capabilities
- Catering/serving area within the room
- Stage included in the room set up
- Tables & chairs in various arrangements
Olde Lounge
The second largest space within the AWEC, the Olde Lounge has the ability to host sit-down meetings and gatherings. This room includes:
- A catering & bar service area available within the room
- Exsiting tables & chairs

Conference Room
The premier meeting/conference space in the AWEC. This room features:
- Ability to host teleconference meetings
- Projection screens connected via HDMI/VGA
- Authorized personnel may utilize for SIPR/Secret Briefings
Billy Mitchell
A small meeting space perfect for smaller gatherings. This room inlcudes tables & chairs already in configuration, with limited adaptability.
This room is not guaranteed if booked and can be prioritized for other functions at any time.
