Mission Priorities

We operate by appointments only with the exception of the following:

  • Walk-ins are welcomed Wednesdays from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Active Duty Military, DoD Civilian, and established DoD Contractors experiencing work stoppage or have a mission essential request may be seen on a space available basis.

New Hires:

  • Please ensure your profile has been created prior to visiting this office. Your Sponsor and/or Trusted Agent can assist with verification.
  • Schedule an appointment or walk-in on any Wednesday.
  • First-Time CAC User Guide

Walk-in Wednesdays:

  • Wednesdays, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM* (*Please note, we take the last walk-in at 3:00 PM)
  • Uniformed members (military, police, firefighters) have priority.
  • All other categories will be serviced on a first-come, first-served basis.
