The Civilian Personnel Office provides advisory services to commanders/senior leadership, managers, supervisors and appropriated fund employees on civilian personnel management, staffing, labor and employee relations, affirmative employment programs, resources and human capital management.

Scott AFB is the global mobility and transportation hub for the Department of Defense. Our servicing population is 3,000 civilians. Customers include U.S. Transportation Command, Air Mobility Command, 18th Air Force, 932nd Air Wing, 635th Supply Chain Operations Wing, 618th Air Operations Center and Cyber Squadrons.

We are located in Southern Illinois about twenty minutes from St. Louis.
